The dental assistant and office manager were excellent. They made made sure I was comfortable. They were very professional and efficient. The Dr. was very good at what he was doing. He seemed to be a perfectionist, and that's good. He was gentle and caused me very little pain. I didn't understand why, though, he came through the door when I was fully back in the dental chair. I had to ask him what his name was. A patient should be introduced to their endodontist when they are sitting up. It made me a little uncomfortable that he did not introduce himself. I believe that's the right thing to do before working on a patient.
