the worst deal I ever made....the same system at ADT security that are great and service there products.. call back and made their word good cost 1500.00 the system at BIT on the lease plan cost me over 12000.00...not really a good thing!....check and compare...also calling them for info was a horrible experience....Run as fast as you can!....this is not a good way too go!!..

Warning...be very careful dealing with this company!!! Their salesman promised us a full warranty, immediate service, and full tech support with the system, and we could lease to own. My father signed their contract, 60 months @ $257.50 a month...that makes our PC driven DVR with 4 cameras (low quality, w/o night vision) cost us over $15000. Over a year ago, our business was burglarized, and the CPU and 2 cameras were destroyed, they took the better part of 2 weeks to come fix the system. At this point we're stuck, our own fault and stupidity for falling for their tactics. I can only hope that other hard working small business owners don't fall prey to these vultures like we did.
