Women BEWARE!
My wife went in having problems with her car. They tested the alternator WITHOUT taking it off the car and said it was bad. The bad alternator was bought here in Florida so she shipped it back here for me to take back to find there is nothing wrong with it. It was tested by two different people one of which was a specialist in alternators. It turned out that the idler pulley was freezing up causing the bad readout. The owner of Billingsley accused me of accusing them of ripping off my wife before I even took it to the specialist. Just proves to me he knew he ripped her off before I could even accuse him. Don't use Billingsley Automotive!

This is the ONLY place I would have my Wife or Mom take their cars! These guys are great at what they do and they have never failed to go out of their way to help us. They are great mechanics and great people too! This is the best place in Chattanooga to take your vehicle for any type of service!! I have a Ford, a Chevy, and a Mazda and they take perfect care of all 3 vehicles! Plain and simple, they just know what they are doing!
