AVOID AT ALL COSTS Dishonest Service and staff.

I have to agree with TOm504 when he said HORRIBLE SERVICE. I bought a Giant Sedona and took it into Bicycle World for the "Free" 30 day inspection. When my wife and I went in to pick up the bike, the counter girl brought it down stairs...

Great Shop

These guys really know thier stuff! I've had some repairs done there over the years, and the work has always been top notch, bought a few accessories and liked the selection, so when it finally came time for a new bike I went over there...

Bicycle World is the only real N.O. bike shop open on Sundays; others advertise open but aren't.

B-W is a full-service outfit with good stock of parts & accesories.

They do most minor repairs on-the-spot and have a 3-4 day...
