Do yourself a favor and AVOID Bert's Service department AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! I brought my Sram X.9 rear derailleur to set the limit screw back in place. What did they do?!! They drilled a bigger (and heavier) screw into the derailleur...Worldwide > United States > Tonawanda, NY > Bicycling
