good but not cheap
wnet there to try it out allway's heard it was good.so we went i must say the food and service are verry good but a little on the high side.i guess if you want to splurche every now and then go for it.

Steak lover's paradise!
This restaurant is awesome. if I could give it 10 stars I would! I totally agree with the first reviewer-the filet mignon is to die for! The banana cream pie is also amazing, but try the toffee cheesecake too! Yum! It is pricey, but most steak lovers will agree-sometimes you do have to pay a little more for a delicous steak! Well worth it!

Very overpriced for mediocre quality
I'm not sure what everyone else is talking about here, but I just went to Barney's yesterday for the first time based on what I read on this site...I would much rather have gone to an Olive Garden or Chili's...and it would've cost me a heck of a lot less, too. I tried the filet mignon...and while it was decent, it just wasn't worth the price I paid. I could've made one just as good myself at home. My girlfriend tried the salmon which was also mediocre. I wouldn't recommend this place...maybe I would if it was half the price. I know I definitely won't be coming back.

Very good steaks, old world styling
I went to Barney's bringing about 20 people from work for a private dinner. The front where the bar is located reminds me of an old speak easy where people gather for a drink and smoke. Of course, smoking is not allowed in Florida restaurants anymore, but the dark wood everywhere still reminds you of those days.

Great Steak house!
Wow! My wife and i went to Barnies tonight and loved the food. We tried the salad bar and was pleasntly suprised of the selection available on the bar.

Better to Skip this Place
Well, the place was dusty and the bread plates were unlcean. This started to make me nervous about my meal. I heard the manager talking rudely to some customers seated in a booth near us. Again, another sign that this place is not being run well. The food was okay, but I was expecting to receive something tastier for the price. Skip this place and try something else. You won't miss much.

Great place for a special group dinner
We just had the rehearsal dinner for our son's wedding in the private room at Barney's and would recommend it highly to anyone wanting to have a great anniversary, rehearsal, or special group dinner. We had looked into many other venues in town, most of which were much more expensive and really did not have the options offered at Barney's. We had 36 people and had chosen one of their dinner plans (quite reasonable in comparison) which offered everyone many choices in each course. Everyone raved about the food, especially the salad bar and the desserts. My husband chose the sirloin steak as his entree and actually thought it was better than ones he'd had at the expensive steakhouses in town! The staff was extremely helpful and we were quite proud to have hosted the rehearsal dinner there! Absolutely perfect!!!Worldwide > United States > Orlando, FL > Banquet Halls & Event Spaces
