Save yourself the stress, anxiety and hassle by avoiding any business that includes Raymond Khan, Aileen Khan or David Carr. Lies, deceipt, missed deadlines and a lot of hassle are all part of the one star experience you get with Garrion. I am blessed indeed as my kitchen was eventually completed and to a high standard. That said, this was only achieved after living with absolutely no kitchen facilities for 5 weeks. Ultimately it took almost another 3 weeks after that to complete. Workers would turn up for an hour and then disappear for weeks. No one would answer calls ands we were left wondering if the job would ever complete. We stupidly paid upfront. That's how convincing Raymond is. We felt uneasy but we had already paid a large deposit so when he asked for the interim payment to pay the subcontactors we felt it was the only way to get the job started. We stood to lose thousands. I have no doubt that had I not been a thorn in Raymond's side we would still be sitting with no kitchen like many other Garrion customers.

Unfortunately I am unable to leave no stars which is what this company deserves. The company Director Raymond Stephen Khan and the kitchen designer David Carr will visit you and design your dream kitchen and/or bathroom. They will tell you exactly what you want to hear and give an estimated completion date along with requesting a healthy deposit....all lies! Currently there are 14 customers that have been left with either no kitchens/bathrooms or incomplete jobs. Raymond Khan eventually admitted that he has financial issues but this did not stop him and David Carr continuing to take deposits. Both showrooms (Hillington and Wishaw) have been closed up. He lost most of his staff as they claim that he hadn't paid them. An ex employee informed me that he has done this in the past and simply desolved the company and registered a new one. He is attempting to do this again with a company called Garrion Kitchens Bathrooms and Bedrooms which has been registered in his wife's name, Aileen Khan. Garrion Design Ltd and Raymond Khan have been reported to Trading Standards (check the National Intelligence Database) and Police Scotland. This is a man with absolutely no concience. While he sits in his luxury Ayrshire home with his lovely 2 cars in his garage we have all been left hundreds of thousands of pounds out of pocket. He also has several sets of house keys which he refuses to return. Please spend your hard earned money with a reputable company and don't put yourself through the heartache of trying to fund an incomplete job.
