Decided to have all windows and doors replaced in my house and they came out the next day to measure up and installed within a week. The next day (in the light) I checked the windows and was amazed how badly they had been fitted! 6" screw through the front of the don't of the frame and all the frames were cracked. I have now spent several weeks chasing them to replace and eventually had a fitter come out and fill the cracked frames with silicone and offered a discount. Told them not good enough it needs replacing and they have failed time and time again to come back after chasing them! Needless to say we are now taking legal proceedings against them! Really poor company and terrible workmanship! For you own sake go elsewhere!
