Very disappointing. Lied to twice in two days. Although the part I requested to be repaired was in the end fixed, it took 3 visits, and another part of the jewellery was damaged in the process. The owner offered to repair the damaged part, but I decided to take it someone different as I did not trust that I would not be lied to again, or that my piece would be further damaged. Will never go to them again.
