Horrible Company to Rent From

My husband and I is currently renting from this company and its been a horrible experience from the day we moved in. Everytime it rains water comes into the laudry room and it became so bad it soak the carpet. I called and it took them 2 months to attempt fixed the problem. After staying here for almost 2 years the problem still has not been fixed. I can say the repair man Al is nice but he is too old the try to fix all the properties in my area by himself. They do not want to fix anything nor hire any help to take care of problems in a timely fashion. I just stop calling all together because everytime I do they talk to me like I'm just another black tenat they have and any problems do not concern them. Our lease is almost up and I counting down the days. Please do not rent from this company.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

IF I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS ON THEIR LISTING I WOULD!

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!! THEY LIE TO THEIR TENANTS AND ONLY ACT IN THEIR OWN INTEREST!! THEY WERE NOTHING BUT TROUBLE AND PROBLEMS FROM THE DAY WE SIGNED OUR LEASE AND IM SO HAPPY TO BE FAR AWAY FROM THEM! I HAVE HEARD THE SAME COMPLAINTS FROM 2 OTHER TENANTS AS WELL. NOT A GOOD OR REPUTABLE COMPANY TO WORK WITH. THERE STORY IS ALWAYS DIFFERENT FROM PERSON TO PERSON AND ITS NEVER THE SAME!

do not recommend!

Have to agree with all of you! I lived in Brentwood Forest for 2 years and rented a place from Iremco. Had the worst experience with this company and there was a lot of dishonest issues going on with their staff. Highly recommend to stay away and rent from a private owner in the condos instead.

Worst company ever!

Trust me everyone...stay away from this company. They have no clue what they're doing. They will put off your maintenance issues. All of their houses are moldy and the apartments are filled with bugs. The manager at Pleasant Hollow is horrible. She talks behind your back...gives some residents special attn. If she doesn't like you....she'll put you off to the bottom of the list. She makes some people pay the application fee, while others she lets slide. They just plain suck. I know them very well...take my word on this one. Stay Away!!

EXCELLENT COMPANY

I just started renting from this company, but they have been WONDERFUL so far.

The house that I am renting was completely redone with new (matching) light fixtures, etc. and painted top to bottom throughout. You could tell that they went to great lengths to make the rental house nice for the next tenant (you know how trashed rentals can get).

Upon move-in, we noticed some things that still needed to be worked on and notified the company. They came out promptly and took care of it all, no problem. We discovered one more issue when they were there fixing the minor things, and let them know about it. We told them that we would get back to them regarding the problem, and when my bf and I hadn't gotten back to them yet, they actually called us to follow up and schedule a time to fix it! I have never had a company contact ME before to initiate a repair (esp that is not damaging their property or whatnot in the meantime).

I don't know what the deal was before with those of you who have had problems, but my experience has been more than excellent. I have NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever about IREMCO. Oh, and I don't pay my rent late but they do make sure to tell you from the get go clearly about their ridiculously high fees for paying late, so no matter what, don't do that if you do rent from them! Other than that, they are fine to rent from...
