I had them come out for a 30 dollar promotion. They must have had the mower on the highest setting b/c I could barely tell a difference in the lawn after they were done and had to mow it a couple of days later. The price was reasonable, for the promotion, but the service was not.

I have a small yard and ended up using Kent Mngmt. Services b/c of a promotion they were offering. I asked them to come out once more while my spouse was out of town and I admit that the lawn was a little high when I called them and higher a few days later when they came out. Since they were no longer offering a promotion the price went up 10 dollars from 30 to 40 even though the yard is quite small. I was at work and the owner called b/c my lawn was high and the owner said it would take them extra time. The owner was extremely rude and insulting. He told me that it could take an hour and a half, I'm not sure how long they normally take to mow and weed eat but it didn't sound too unreasonable to me. Then he said he couldn't charge me 40 dollars, and that he would charge 1.25 per minute. If you do the math that is 113 dollars if it took the hour and a half that he said it would. My yard is extremely small. I realize that I forgot about the yard until it needed to be mowed and then a few days later it was high. I would have understood an increase in price but this was extremely unreasonable. The most upsetting part for me is that I was in the middle of working and felt that I was insulted and attacked b/c my lawn was a high. A pregnant woman does not need this kind of stress, even if she committed the crime of calling a lawn mowing service when, God forbid, her lawn was too high.
