Do not rent from this place I warn you I have lived here for over a year and as soon as I get the chance I am definitely moving... the management is very unprofessional and argues and gets and attitude with the tenants I even witnessed the manager call a tenant stupid and threatens eviction all the time, the are lazy and expect the tenants to do what the maintenance people are supposed to do, there is black mold and roaches in almost every apartment and the playground that was here the manager even knocked it down in a fit of rage, the maintenance man is no good he Jerry rigs everything that needs fixing the air conditioning is over 25 years old and isn't worth a crap I've had problems with them more than once, the carpets are filthy there's no padding underneath them and they turn your feet black if u walk barefooted like me I'm scared to even let my children play on the floor, they even have inspections which is something only government apartments do and these are not...
