FAR BAR is a full service Bar, Patio & Lounge that was the after thought of the now defunct Chop Suey Cafe & Lounge that was built inside of an old storage room which is adjacent to our outdoor patio. Now FAR BAR is known as the hottest night spot or ""place to chill"" in Little Tokyo or Downtown LA.

My friends walked through this tight alley way and I was thinking "where are they taking me?" and we enter is amazing backyard/patio area of Far Bar. It was a great quiet spot to just hang out. I opted to get the Far Bar burger instead...

Good Drinks Meh Eats
Happy hour drink prices are pretty good (i.e. $5 Hitachino and tall Sapporos) but the food was only okay. The chicken katsudon ciabatta was really dry and the shitake burger was too salty... though the wasabi fries were pretty good.Worldwide > United States > Los Angeles, CA > Restaurants
