Absolutely TERRIBLE! Nothing was finished, could barely get him to come work when promised. Finally, he took the payment for the next bit of work he was supposed to do, and I never saw him again. Here are just two of the major incidents: Now a couple years later, and after I had to pay other people to redo the many things that he had done wrong, my 20 year Architectural Shingle roof is coming apart! After having to beg him to finish my then bare/tarpapered roof before it got even colder/further into the fall, he waited so long to finish it that it didn't seal. Not only that, but he put only 1 to 2 nails in each shingle. There are supposed to be SIX! I just paid another person to patch it up, and am praying to get another 5 years, and be able to finally put this behind me. Not only that, he left the vent pipe to the furnace loose, venting into the house! Thankfully it was found by a family member before the furnace was turned on, or who knows if one of us would have been killed by carbon monoxide poising! This review is long overdue. I wish I could put everything he did to me on here, but there isn't the time in the day. What a terrible, unprofessional, poor excuse for a contractor. I should have sued him when I was told to, instead of being "nice". A few areas of the home he left unfinished, or finished incorrectly: Roof, Siding, bathroom #1, new bathroom #2, deck, and porch overhang. I'm sure there is more.
