This program is not nearly as easy as they claim it is. There are so many little details that have to be filled out- even if it isnt something you want to put into the computer. When you talk to the guys about the program they keep pushing you to use everything about it and to do it as they say. I bought it as a customer data base to maintain my monthly, bi- monthly, and every other kind of annual or semi annual maintenances fo rmy customers. I cant tell you how many times I had to explain that. They kept pushing me and badgering me to input prices, and all sorts of other financial details to invoice and do my accounting from the program. They could not and would not leave it alone when I told them that it was purely for a customer data base. Ive had two accountants look at the program, neither want to do their accounting in it when Quickbooks is 10 times easier and more efficient. Their program does NOT provide you with payroll updates, or any other financial tax updates like Quickbooks does. When I finally thought I had the program down and I had made use of the one part of the program that I wanted, turns out there was yet MORE things that needed to be filled out or the program wouldnt put my customers on automatic repeat in the dispatching area even though I had them clicked for an automatic repeat. When I had spoken with the company representative, he had assured me, in front of my secretary that if the program was not for us that we could return it. Upon talking with them today to inform them that not only does the program not suit our needs, and that it doesnt even now WORK, they informed me that if you open the cd, you're stuck with it, regardless of the thousands you've just spent on a program that they led you to believe would work. They also told me that I wasnt trying hard enough to MAKE it work, and that I was just being difficult. I am so frustrated and I really feel like I was taken for a ride in order for someone to make a commission or to make a sale. They told me that I could throw the program out the window for all they cared but they wont refund me my money, but wont charge me the last payment. I explained that I would happily send them the program back but that I just wanted to be refunded so that I could get another program that not only works, but suits my company's need more efficiently. If I could rate this company any more negatively I would. I am completely disgusted by the program, its poor design and also the conversation that was today, which even included my banking representative, which the Ritam Tech Mark kept insisting that the converstation didnt need to be had with my bank as well because he knew it was being recorded for quality assurances.
