When we first met Ken he seemed to be honest and easy to deal with, we later found him to be a very greedy person and able to look you in the face a lie with no problem. We had to move into one of his property locations after the hurricane due to a flooded home. When we moved out he would not return our deposit stating that we never paid one. As luck would have it I kept my receipt for the deposit which I presented to him and then he said the house was damaged and that he was keeping the deposit. When we moved into the home we found a letter addressed to Ken from the former tenants who broke their lease due to the manner in which they were treated by him. Once again he is motivated by greed and I hope he gets what he deserves be it good or bad. Be very careful when dealing with him or you will come up short in the end. Please save all of your cancelled checks and receipts because you will need them for court.
