After 2 years of remodeling our home using Willingham's we made a large order for our final project. Not only did the company order the items wrong, they ordered them wrong twice! After the second time, we were informed that we were to pay for THEIR mistake! They knew the second order was wrong (again) and wasn't what we wanted, but delivered to our home anyways, without calling or even knocking on the door. They dropped off the items and took off. Then sent a bill to us in the mail. We have spent thousands of dollars with this company and they are UNWILLING to fix their mistake. A company should be able to admit their mistakes and take responsibility for them. We were not even upset the orders we wrong...mistakes happen everyday. We became upset when we were told to pay for someone else's mistake. Be very careful when ordering ANYTHING from this company....if they get it wrong you'll be paying for it in many ways! read less
