Contacted Ralph\'s to come to our home to give an estimate on fixing our 2 air conditioner units. Someone from the company came over and checked the 2 units and we found that we would have to replace both units. Then another associate from the company came later that day to inspect our units again and gave us an estimate. The next day when my husband came home from work, we found that both air conditioner units had been stolen. I find it HIGHLY suspicious that someone from the company came one day to give us an estimate, knew the units were not operable, then the NEXT day the units were stolen. We filed a police report, and the police and my husband are currently questioning our neighbors so they can give an account of what they saw. I will NOT being using this company\'s services because at this moment, I just DON\'T TRUST them.
