Very Good NY Style pizza
Nice place with a great atmosphere and very good pizza. More New York than the other so called "NY" pizza's out there.

Worth the wait.
We stopped by to order a pizza while we were at the Blockbuster next door. It took 45 minutes to prepare one of their deep dish pizzas. We were initially disappointed we had to wait that long, but once we dug in, it was worth the wait. Fresh ingredients and lots of choices on the menu.

Our Favorite Pizza Place
Our family loves Assaggios!!!! The pizza is NY style and is actually as good as real NY or NJ pizza (we're originally from NJ). I have tried a couple of the pasta dishes too. The fettuccine Alfredo is yummy, the gnocchi was good, but not great. The calzones are awesome and their homemade sauce that goes along with it is delicious. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Great place to take kids. They have reasonably priced lunch specials and kid's meals too.

Very good pizza
My family has eaten here several times. They have very good NY-style pizza. Tasty sauce, good service. On a Friday evening, there are a lot of local families dining in. I would definitely recommend Assagios!

Great Pizza!
My husband and I order pizza from Assaggios every Friday night. The pizza is the closest we found to real NY pizza (originally from NY). Every Friday night it is crowded with local families dining in or taking out. Very friendly staff and service is good. My only recommendation is they should have a separate line for pick up orders. I ordered a pizza and they said it would be 30 minutes, but when I got there I had to stand on line while dining in customers decided what they wanted to order. I waited and extra 15 minutes. A separate line for pick up orders would definitely improve their service.

Great Pizza
This place is wonderful, will remind you of many family owned establishments in NY/NJ. Go for the great pizza and good service. Decor is not a strength but why should it be in a pizzareia (sp?) We have been going since it opened and go at least once a week. We only eat the pizza so I cannot rate their entrees - but see many in the restaurant ordering them. As an extra bonus the owner is an incredible indivudual who does a tremendous amount of fundraising for the community -Worldwide > United States > Fuquay-Varina, NC > Italian Restaurants
