This company is a threat to consumers. Do NOT get involved with them! Technician never showed after I waited the entire afternoon. I received NO notification whatsoever. I left a voicemail with them at 4:30 to check in about the service. By 11am the next morning, I still had not heard and called again; I was told by "Sean" (I believe) that he'd call me back in 5 minutes. Two hours later, no call. I called twice again that afternoon and eventually cancelled the service. The next week, my credit card was charged for the service that never happened. Not surprisingly, it was a battle to get my money back (only after I let them know that I was a lawyer and was going to be tracking this very closely did they take me seriously--which is entirely unacceptable). Do a quick google search on this company and you will learn that the company has changed names in effort to escape the formal complaints and lawsuits waged against it. I would advise against letting these people in your house.

Great Service
When my dryer stopped working, these guys came out quickly and fixed the problem on the first trip. It was an simple problem, and they didn't try to deceive me in any way. Very professional and courteous.Worldwide > United States > Seminole, FL > Appliances & Repair
