Appalling Customer Service

Honesty is not their policy

Tried to call most of the morning to place an order as a C.O.D. customer which I usually did until they got this "new" system that doesn't allow driver to accept payment not even checks... WOW a...

Poor Service

Tried calling over a period of 2 days. Phone line was busy. On 3rd day they were rude and acted like it was a huge inconvenience to give a price quote. We went with another vendor who was actually a few dollars higher.

Do not recommend.

Bad service

Horrible customer service. Main office is completely uninterested in customer. Garner office phone lines are always busy. An invoice with invalid charges was sent to me. No way to rectify it. Stay away from Amerigas.
