This company has to be the worst company in customer service in Duval County. At times of my visits, there have been people sleeping on the floor, and the counters. The working personnel use disrespectful language in front of the customers, it appears the customer is always an inconvenience by the looks they are given, the huffing and puffing while they serve the customer. You cannot call them, they have a recording politely asking not to leave a message, but to continue to call so you can spend more time getting nothing done. The business is always dark, and dirty. At this time I have been trying to call them for more than 25 minutes. They are the perfect display of how not to operate a business. Their website states they are open till 7, their recording states till 8. I have been a customer only because they are a convenient location. They are ready to sell you anything they have but to service what they sell is a bother. A pleasant experience whenever you visit. Ha Ha
