My experience at A Star Nails was adequate - barely. I had to ask them to get the polish off the sides of my toes where they slopped it onto my skin. They tried to skip my massage and I actually had to ask about that too! They nickel...Worldwide > United States > Los Angeles, CA > Nail Salons
