I have been a customer since 1988, and the service, very competitive prices (which has hardly changed in all these years - just slightly with NO ONE EVER complaining!), and quality of customer care is beyond superb! They are in it for everyone's "long haul" and as you see, they have been here for a while! The storage units are ENTIRE metal enclosures on ALL sides, including top and bottom, with a roll down front door. This is in comparison to some other companies here that have either light "fencing" (what we sometimes call "Chicken wire" here in Hawaii) ceilings, or thin wood paneling on sides and ceilings, or even the entry doors! Their units start at a 4'x4'x8' enclosure and basically they have (I think) three sizes. I have never found any self-storage company here in Hawaii that has this kind of MUTUAL respect by customers AND employees as this place has. I am glad that I was able to "find" this place. I was initially "enticed" by it because of the proximity to where I live and competitive pricing, but I have found that I truly "lucked out" and chose THE right one! Their units are hardly ever available and an availability call would be needed first because at any time, they may NOT have any openings, albeit with their very competitive pricing, convenient town location, and what they offer as in units and size, a few use them as a "transition" to either moving or moving in to a new home! Granted it is a fairly smaller operation, but what's great about that is the very PERSONAL service, familiarity, and SECURITY of each and every customer! If they do not recognize you, they ALWAYS check to see! They make you feel "important", and that is because you ARE! Many of the units are long time renters, and I now consider myself as one of them - some have been here YEARS longer, including Police Officers and more! At this writing, the Manager, the "Man in Charge", and the main contact (although anyone can help you - they are all well versed!) is a very good natured, cordial, reasonable, easy-going, and has a very friendly personality, is a man named Charles. (By the way - He has been the Manager from when I started back in 1988!) So - if you need a storage unit for a month or two, or a year or two, or as in my case, 25 YEARS, call Charles! I HIGHLY recommend it!
